Shipping & Returns
We use United States Postal Service Priority Mail and First Class Mail for domestic
shipping. The service used depends on the weight of the item ordered. Domestic USPS
Priority takes 2-3 days in most cases. First Class Mail is used only with items weighing
less than 13 oz and typically has the same delivery time as Priority Mail.
Next Day, Second Day (Domestic Shipments)
For our domestic shipments only, expedited shipping can be used upon special request.
Extra charges will apply to expedited shipping. Arrangements can be made via email or

MEANS WE DO NOT SHIP TO YOUR COUNTRY. WE DO NOT SHIP TO
MEXICO, RUSSIA, ANYWHERE IN SOUTH AMERICA, AND SEVERAL OTHER
We use USPS Priority Mail International for all international shipments. Shipping
time for this service is estimated by the USPS at 6-10 days. Although we ship all
orders in a quick manner, international packages are often delayed while in transit
so please expect delays.
Recipients are responsible for any fees levied by the customs agency of the country
to which the order is shipped.
We will not mark any package as a gift on the customs form. We will not mark any
package at a lower value than the purchase price.
Our shipping deadline for normal business days is 12:00 PM CST. Cases where we
may not be able to ship orders which were placed before the deadline include
Fridays, days preceding holidays and postal service holidays, which normally fall on
a few select Mondays of the year. If you would like to know if the order will ship on
the same day ordered please contact us.
We ship to the address you provide. Please make sure you still live or know
someone that lives at the address you provide. Please make sure you have a mail
receptacle at the ship-to address.
If a package is returned to OES due to being improperly addressed, the customer is
responsible for the S&H for the second attempt at delivery.
Returns are accepted under these conditions:
1. The parts must be in original packing.
2. The parts must be in brand new, original condition, just as they were when they
3. No return is accepted if the part was mounted accept in the case where we
mistakenly sent the wrong part.
4. A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund total.
