This frame slider set fits the 2006-2007 Yamaha R6(not R6S). The frame
sliders are made of Delrin for high impact durability, and the left side uses a
6061 aluminum bracket that is black anodized(also available in plain finish).
6061 aluminum inserts are pressed into each slider to add extra durability.  No
fairing modifications are required to install this set.

The set comes with 12.9 grade, high strength steel mounting screws.

These items are worth their weight in gold! If it takes
you several minutes of fumbling around before the
rear wheel is installed on your 06-09 R6-R, these
tools will put an end to all your troubles!

The smaller part in the left side of the picture presses
into the hollow, threaded end of the rear axle to act
as a guide for the axle as it is being inserted through
the swingarm and wheel. We've been using this item
for years on our race bikes to make wheel installation
a snap.

The larger part on the right holds the rear brake
caliper in place while the wheel and axle are being
installed. Simply install the rear brake caliper, insert
the installation tool into the swingarm and through  
the caliper, install the wheel and chain, then insert
the axle. The pointed end of the axle will easily find
its mark and push the installation tool out of place.
Put the axle washer and nut on and you've just
completed a wheel installation easier than ever
before!
